请问预约签证需要sevis费吗sevis还没交，就拿I20，护照，签证费，打电话去预约行吗
官网上面只是说要先交签证费才可以预约，对SEVIS费好像没有规定。至少我没有看到。你可以去问问中信银行。他们应该会知道。
预约签证是不需要缴纳sevis费的，缴纳签证费就可以了但是在去面签前一定要交好，并携带打印的收据

是的，需要交，只在第一次签证的时候，提交就可以。
下面讲一下sevis fee的支付过程：
1. 点击进入在线支付网页。
2. 点击图中红框所示按钮“Proceed to I-901 Form and Payment”进入支付支付页面
2.1 Form SelectionBefore Proceeding:You must have a complete and accurate I-20 or DS-2019 to complete the Form I-901 online and to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee. If you do not have an I-20 or DS-2019 or if the information on the form is incorrect, contact the school official or exchange visitor program sponsor for a copy of the form before you continue.You must be able to print the Form I-901 payment coupon or payment receipt when you complete the form online. Ensure a printer is connected and working before continuing. 2.2 选择DS2019表的支付填写姓名，生日，DS2019 ID 号码（该号码在DS表中的位置请详见DS样表）
填写完毕后，点击“Enter”进入另一页面。
2.3 填写邮寄及DS表详细信息 在这一页面中，共需要填写三方面的信息：1）邮寄地址信息，该地址要保证平邮信件可接受，如果在后续的操作中，选择快递收取，则需要填写可接受快递的地址。注意快递需要额外支付35美金；2）个人信息，包括性别，出生地，出生国，国籍；3）DS表及护照信息，其中的护照号码可选填，所以在没有护照的前提下，原则上也可以缴纳SEVIS Fee，“Exchange Visitor Program”一项及“Exchange Visitor Category”一项的所需信息均可在DS表中找到，所在位置请见DS2019表样表。
2.4下一步是核对已填信息步骤，确认无误后点“Continue”
2.5选择收据邮寄方式，如果是选择快递则填入联系电话，随后选择支付方式，一般选择信用卡，使用信用卡支付时需要的信息包括：卡号，卡片有效日期，及3位校验码（签名栏附近7数字的后三位）。
2.6 完毕后，打印付款确认页（即电子收据）
