1、个人出国旅游 (1)凭本人身份证或户口簿或其他户籍证明向户口所在地市、县公安局出入境管理部门领取2份《中国公民出国(境)申请审批表》； (2)详细填写《中国公民出国(境)申请审批表》并提交单位或派出所的政审意见； (3)交验申请人的身份证、户口簿或其他户籍证明，并提交影印件； (4)提交4张申请人近期正面免冠彩色半身证件照(光面相纸)。国家公职人员不着制式服装，儿童不系红领巾，照片只限一人。相片背景颜色为白色或淡天蓝色，人像清晰，层次丰富，神态自然，照片规格为小二寸，32mm×40mm，头部宽度：21-24mm，头部长度：28-33mm。一次性成像快照、经翻拍的照片或采用各种彩色打印机打印的照片不予受理； (5)提交旅行所需外汇费用证明(如申请人银行存款证明，数额不得低于4000美元或等值国际流通货币)； (6)提交审批机关认为确有必要的其他证明； (7)材料齐全，手续完备经批准的，申请人在15至20个工作日后到户口所在地县市公安局出入境管理部门领取护照，并交纳护照证件费200元，有加注的还须交纳加注费20元每项次。
